We’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars on furniture purchases from a reputable local company only to have the entire experience tarnished by Delivery by Design’s inability to keep up their end of the process. If negative stars were possible, that might come close to how awful their customer service is! We paid for their white glove service through overstock.com. Not only did we not get the white glove delivery treatment, we didn't get our furniture delivered and had to go pick it up from their warehouse...

Horrible. They have had my furniture for over 3 months and refuse to even give me a delivery date. I can't imagine it is legal to have someone else's possessions and refuse to provide them to the owner

Actually, that's not true at all. The manufacturer gave money back only for mistakes they made. Not due to damage cause by delivery. You refused to take responsibility.
